Lemon Orzo/Quinoa Soup

Ingredients
* Lemons, 2 fruit without seeds * Quinoa, .5 cup * *Egg white, 1 serving * Egg, fresh, 1 large * sodium free chicken boulon, 2 serving Little lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
bring lemon juice, cooked Quinoa or Orzo and chicken broth/water to a boil. Must mix 2 cups of hot water with 2 envelopes of chicken boulon to make 2 cups of hot water.

Mix 1 egg and 1 egg white in a separate bowl.
Pour into Soup and Stir with Whip fast not stopping for a good minute or so.

Season if you wish
