Baked Carrots

Ingredients
18 small carrots1/2 cup butter1/2 cup splenda1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)1/3 teaspoon cinnamon1/3 cup boiling water
Directions

Scrape or pare carrots and place into a casserole, Cream butter, splenda, salt, cinnamon. add water, and blend well. Pour over carrots,cover and bake in oven at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours.
This will serve 6 to 8 people.
