4 cans beets, sliced in water1 cup white vinegar1 tsp pickling spices1 c stevia
In saucepan add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for 3-5 minutes. You will need a gallon container. Add to gallon jug and refrigerate. These will keep several weeks.
