Spelt Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/4 c spelt flour1 Tbs. baking powder1/2 tsp salt3 eggs1/4 c honey1 1/4 c skim milk1 tbs canola oil1/2 c raisins
Directions
Use cooking spray to oil 12 muffin tins, and flour lightly;
Mix dry ingredients; blend liquid ingredients; mix lightly; add raisins
Cook for 17 minutes at 475 degrees
