Ingredients
30 G - Whey Cool Natural Vanilla Flavor Protein Powder1 cup - So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk1 Tbsp - Almond Butter (organic - no added ingredients)1 Tbsp - Coconut Flakes - Unsweetened1 Tbsp - Chia Seed (which have been soaked in water for at least 5 minutes and have formed a gel) -optional5 - Ice cubes1 packet - Truvia - optional
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender & blend for approximately 30 seconds or until ice is crushed and smoothie is thick and well mixed.
