Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
2 C white flour1 C whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt3 tsp. cinnamon powder3 eggs2 cups grated zucchini3/4 C. oil1/4 C. water3 tsp vanilla extract2 C. sugar
Directions
sift the flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together. In a separate bowl mix the eggs, oil, water and salt together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Fold in the zucchini and the walnuts.
Put in a greased 9 x 11 pan. Bake at 325 for about 45 minutes.

Serving Size: Cut a 9 x 11 pan into 4 x 8 pieces. 1 piece = 1 serving
