Ingredients: *Tilapia filet, 12 oz (3)Garam Masala, 1 tsp Chili powder, .25 tsp *Cumin powder, 1 tsp Garlic paste, 1 tsp Ginger paste, 1 tsp Coriander Chutney, 1 tsp Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, .25 tsp Grape seed oil spray or olive oil sprayAluminum foil wrapped toaster oven pan.
Mix all the spices, coriander chutney and yogurt with salt. Coat the rinsed fish fillets well, pour the rest of the spice mixture over the fish placed on the foil wrapped pan, first sprayed with olive or grape seed oil spray. Bake at 400 degrees in the toaster oven for 20 minutes. Once cooked, turn on the grill button and grill for another 10 minutes till the watery liquid is absorbed and fish is grilled with aroma. Serves 3 one each fillet.
