Ingredients
1 can chickpeas1 can red kidney beans4 oz green beans (fresh if possible)1 c shelled edamame6 tlbsp onion4 tblsp red wine vinegar2 tblsp honey2 tblsp dijon mustard2tblsp olive oil
Directions
Combine red onion and vinegar, let stand for 15 min, drain; add vinegar, honey, mustard, and olive oil and mix together; combine all ingredients, serve cold
