Great breakfast rye pancakes

Ingredients
Rye flour, light, 0.3 cup Egg, fresh, 1 medium Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup Strawberries, fresh, 100 grams Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 tbsp Cinnamon, Sweetener Baking powder
Directions
Mix the rye flour with egg, milk, cinnamon and sweetener. Make 2 pancakes in a non-stick pan ( no oil needed). Put one pancake on a serving plate top it with sliced strawberries, put the other pancake on the top and finish with 2 spoons of yougurt. Makes 1 big serving. Enjoy.
