Ingredients
1 medium Banana, sliced2 eggs or 1/2 cup egg replacer
Directions
Mix ingredients until smooth. Pour onto hot (350°F) skillet/griddle and cook like pancakes, flipping when bubbly. Serve w/SF syrup or other favorite syrup/topping.

Serving Size: Make 6 medium pancakes.
