Practical Paleo Chorizo Meatballs

Ingredients
Ingredients:1 lb. ground pork2 T. Chorizo spice blend (see below)1 T. apple cider vinegarChorizo spice blend:2 T. chipotle powder1 T. smoked paprika1 T. onion powder1 T. garlic powder1/2 T. sea salt1 t. black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients with your hands until well mixed.

Form the meat into small meatballs and place on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
