Spanish Style Corn on the Cob

5 ears corn on the cob3T reduced fat mayo1t smoked paprikasalt and pepper, to taste1/4c shredded manchego
Mix mayo, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika together. Rub all over the corn.
Grill corn on medium until there is some color on all sides and it is cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Remove and place on baking sheet.
Top corn with manchego and broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: makes 5 ears
