Barbecued Beef

Ingredients
1-1/2 cup organic ketchup1/4 cup organic brown sugar (packed)1/4 cup organic red wine vinegar2 TBSP organic Dijon mustard2 TBSP organic Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1 (4lb) boneless chuck roast (trimmed of most fat)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place roast in a slow cooker. Pour liquid mixture over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Remove from slow cooker and shred with a fork. Return to the slow cooker and mix with juices to coat well. continue cooking for 1 more hour.
