1 medium banana5 medium strawberries1 cup chocolate almond milk1 scoop cytosport muscle milk, chocolate2 cups of *crushed* ice (can use cube, crushed is faster)
Directions
Dump all ingredients into a blender in the order listed. Blend on appropriate smoothie setting until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
