Carol's Won Ton Soup

4 cups water1 cube chicken bouillon14 wonton wrappers1 bok choy leaf, diced1 small onion, diced1 small maple breakfast sausage1 tbsp sunflower oil1 tbsp red wine vinegar2 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp cornstarchFill a pot with water and chicken bouillon cube, set to boil.Fry a small maple breakfast sausage in a frying pan, while preparing the filling -Dice up bok choy and onion, and put in a bowl. Keep leafs from bok choy seperately. Pour on top of diced veggies, the rest of the ingredients: red wine vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and a dash of pepper. (salt not needed)By this time, if your sausage is cooked, add this vegetable mix to the frying pan. Cook for 2 minutes until slightly tender, then add in the bok choy leaves and cook for one more minute.Take off heat, prepare won ton wrappers, placing a teaspoon of filling in each won ton. When all complete, put won tons in boiling chicken stock and boil for 5-6 minutes. If any leftover filling, add it to the soup, whether or not it's in won tons.Enjoy!!
Good sized lunch for two. Remember, there is a lot of salt in this - so don't add any more!
