Thai Cabbage Slaw

Slaw:Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Basil, 4 tbspRaisins, 3 small box (1.5 oz)Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium, choppedDressing:Coconut Oil, 1 tbspBragg Amino Acids, 1 tspA Taste of Thai - Red Curry Paste, 1 tspPeanut Butter Powder, 2 tbspOrganic Apple Cider Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp
Grate cabbage in food processor. Finely chop red bell pepper and onion. Either use tiny leaved Greek Basil, or finely chop regular sweet basil. Toss together.
Dissolve the Thai pepper paste in a bit of hot water, then whisk in the remaining dressing ingredients. Drizzle over the cabbage mixture. Toss well. Serve.
