Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
*Baking Mix GF, Pamelas, 1 1/4 cups Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup, packed Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1/2 cup, unthawed Almond Breeze Vanilla Almond Milk, 1/4 cup Lemon 2 tsp Vanilla 1 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp
Directions
Wisk all dry ingredients together. Add lemon to milk for 5 minutes then mix in egg and vanilla. Add this to dry ingredients and blend. Fold in frozen blueberries. Scoop into 6 cup greased muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
