Ingredients
3 lbs chicken breast, skinned and boned2 cloves garlc1 cup oyster sauce4 tea soy sauce4 tea black pepper2 tea sugar2 tea olive oil
Directions
cut up chicken in thin slices. Heat wok and pace chicken in to cook until opque. While chicken is cooking mix garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and sugar and add to chicken and cook till thickened serve over rice or noodles
