Dolly's Cabbage Soup (Diet)

Ingredients
1 head Cabbage Chopped2 Onions Chopped28oz canned Tomatoes Chopped2 Green Peppers Diced4 stalks Celery Chopped6 Carrots Sliced1 Can Green Beans (regular or French cut)1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix1 Beef Boullion Cube (Opitional)Black Pepper to TasteAny other spices you want
Directions
Put all vegetables in a big pot and cover with water. Bring to boil, stir in the soup mic & boullion ( if desired) and boil gently 10 minutes. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer until all the vegetable are tender. Approx. 2 hours.

    A great started recipe! I made in a large dutch oven and still didn't have enough room to put all of the ingredients in. I left out the green beans, but will add them as I serve the soup. I added a can of green chilis and a packet of taco seasoning for a little more flavor. Overall a great recipe! - 1/23/20
