(Imitation) Crab Jumble

Ingredients
8 oz. imitation crab meat chunks, chopped2 tbsp. chopped green peppers (bell peppers)2 tbsp. chopped onion1 egg1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip light1/4 cup dry bread crumbs2 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. dried parsley, crushed1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Spray skillet with non-stick spray. Turn crab mixture into skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until lightly browned and heated through.


This is also good as a topping for a green salad.

    Really fast and good. Since my fiance doesn't like green pepper I used red pepper. Also I misread the directions and used 2 TBSP of mayo, one lowfat and one regular. Both my fiance and I enjoyed it; for us it made three servings, too! - 9/19/09
