Pork Dumplings

Ingredients
40 dumpling or wonton wrappers300g pork mince1 cup chopped cabbage1 cup grated carrot4 spring onions, chopped2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp garlic1 tbsp gingerCouple of splashes of seasame oilSalt and Pepper
Directions
Saute cabbage, carrots, spring onions, garlic and ginger for a few minutes until softened. Add to pork and mix with hands.
Put about a tbsp of filling into each wrapper and use water on the edges to seal into whatever shape you want.
Cook dumplings either by boiling in water/broth for around 5 minutes or steaming until done.

Serving Size: Makes 5 main servings of 8 dumplings each.
