Breakfast Taquitos

Ingredients
Egg, scrambled, 3Corn Tortillas - El Milagro - 12 tortillaJimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles 6 oz.Mushrooms, cooked, 1/4 C piecesBell peppers (whichever colors you prefer), 1/4 CKraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cupCooking Spray, Olive Oil
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with canola/olive oil spray; set aside.

2. Working one at a time, transfer tortilla to a work surface. Place eggs, sausage, peppers, mushrooms and cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla.

3. Bring the bottom edge of the tortilla tightly over the filling, rolling from bottom to top until the top of the tortilla is reached. Repeat with remaining tortilla and filling.

4. Place taquitos seam side down onto prepared baking sheet and spray with olive oil. Bake until taquitos are crisp and cheese has melted, about 12-15 minutes. If baking frozen taquitos, bake time should be about 25-30 minutes.
