Tina's Refrigerator Garlic Dill Pickes

Ingredients
2 lbs Kirby cucumbers, sliced into short spears1/2 c. Red Onion Raw, sliced & quartered6 Sweet mini peppers, seeded & quartered4 cloves garlic, sliced1 c. White Vinegar1/2 c. Cider Vinegar1 1/2 c. Water1 Tbsp. Mustard seed, yellow1/2 Tbsp. Celery seed2-3 Tbsp. fresh Dill4 dried Red Chili peppers1 Tbsp. Kosher salt, coarse
Directions
In a rectangular Glad-ware container, layer 1/2 cukes, then 1/2 onions, then 1/2 peppers & 1/2 garlic & 1/2 Dill. Repeat. Put red chilis along edges. Heat all other ingredients in pan on stove. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer until salt is dissolved. Let cool slightly. Pour liquid over veggies. Put in refrigerator and chill for 2-4 days. Remove red chilis before eating.
