Crustless Pupmkin Pie

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice2 tsp cinnamon.5 tsp salt1/3 cup + 2 TBSP sugar substitute2 tsp baking powder1/3 cup flour1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree1 cup almond milk6 TBSP egg beaters egg whites2.5 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch round pan.
Mix together the dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes, or until top of pie cracks.
Serving Size: I cut it into 3 pieces, but it makes 8 pieces like a normal pie would!
