Baked Cod

Ingredients
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Olive Oil, 1tsp Cod (fish), 10 oz FiletProgresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.125 cup egg white, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Preheat Oven to 450

Place cod fillet in a baking pan.
Lightly whip egg white and brush along fillet to cover evenly.
In a shallow dish to the side, mix all dry ingredients and add olive oil.
Pat mixture along fillet to cover evenly.

Bake for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky.
