1 cup potato powder/ mash0.5 cup Wheat Flour1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp ginger powder1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp coriander leaves finely choppedsalt as per taste1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp cumin powder1 tsp chilli powder0.5 tsp garam masala3 tbsp oil8 tspn gheeWater enough to make a firm dough
mix all the ingredients thoroughly and add water to make a firm dough. Let the dough settle for 30 mins. Make 16 medium sized balls and roll them with a rolling pin.
roast on a well heated pan. 2 mins on one side 3 mins on opp side. Apply ghee and serve hot with yoghurt/ pickles
