Balsamic Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons agave nectar 4 tsp. balsamic vinegar 1 tsp garlic pwdr. 1/8 tsp. pepper dash salt 2 cups jicama 2 cups green,red,yellow,orange bell peppers1 cup onion 1.5 cups mushrooms
Directions
In small bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients. Place 3 tablespoons marinade in a large resealable plastic bag. Add veggies; seal bag and turn to coat. Marinate 1-1.5 hours at room temperature.
Transfer veggies to a grilling grid; place grid on grill rack. Grill veggies, covered over medium heat 8-12 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
Can drizzle remaining marinade over veggies before serving.
