1/3 cup butter1/2 cup brown sugar, packed2 tbsp golden syrup (use corn syrup)2 cup rolled oats1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
Each recipe makes about 21 1-inch pieces
1. Slowly melt butter in a saucepan, then add the brown sugar and syrup until well combined.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the oats.
3. Press 1/2 the mixture into a greased 8-inch baking tin. Top with chopped apricots. Press remaining mixture over the top of everything.
4. Bake in pre-heated 375 (190 C) oven for 20 minutes.
5. Cut into pieces while still warm.
