1 TBSP Flax Seed Meal1 medium banana5 small strawberries5 raspberries5 pineapple chunks2 oz orange juice2 cups of kaleA few cubes of ice
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add crushed ice if it's too thick.
