Ultra Low Calorie Carrot Dip

Ingredients
6-7 Carrots (300-325g)1-2 cloves of garlic2 Tbs Tahinijuice of one whole lemon1-2 tsp salt (to taste)
Directions
steam chopped carrots and the garlic until carrots are cooked ~15 min.
pace cooked carrots and all other ingredients in food processor, and blend on high till smooth.

Serving Size: makes 1.5 cups (24 Tbs), 1 serving = 1Tbs
