Chiles Rellenos

Ingredients
1 can whole green chiles, rinsed and seeded4 eggs1 cup water1/2 cup milk1 bag shredded Mexican cheese1 lb ground beef1 onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Brown beef and onion. Put chiles in bottom of a 9x11 pan. Put half the cheese over the chiles, then put the meat and onion on top of that. Gently whisk milk, eggs, and water together and pour over. Put the rest of the cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes or until very slightly jiggly in the middle. Let set a few minutes before serving.
