Sausage Salsa Queso

Ingredients
1 block Velveeta Cheese1 1/2 Onions4 Ripe Tomatos1 Habanero Pepper1 Jalapeno Pepper1 Green Bell Pepper1 cup Carrots1 package Hot premium Pork Sausage1 packet Salsa Seasoning Mix
Directions
1. Using a food chopper chop all vegetables.
2. In large sauce pan cook onions for 3 minutes (optional)
3. In a separate pan brown sausage.
4. Add the rest of the chopped ingredients and seasoning packet.
5. Dice up cheese and add. Keep over heat while stirring until cheese has melted.
6. Serve or freeze for later.
