1 11 inch flour tortilla1 slice Provolone Cheese1 Portabella Mushroom grilled3 lg leafs Iceberg Lettuce1/2 cupTomatoes chopped
Grill the portabella mushroom and cut in strips. Melt the provolone cheese on top of the strips and place in the wrap. Add the lettuce and tomato and roll up tucking in the ends.
May season the mushroom when cooking or the wrap it self before rolling.
