Val's Baked Stuffed Red Snapper

Ingredients: Snapper (fish), 2 fillet Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Pecans, 1 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 2 tbsp -dividedOld Bay, Tumeric, nutmet (pinch), Pepper
Heat Pan with Olive Oil
Saute celery, onion, red peper, pecans
Add Spices: Tumeric, Old Bay, Pepper, nutmeg(pinch)
Set aside
Prep Fish, Pepper and Old Bay on inside and outside
Stuff fish with Stuffing. Remainder of stuffing in the oiled baking dish, set fish on top, spinkle 2TBS of olive oil, cover with foil and bake 45 min.
