Spinach & Feta Crescent Rolls

1 container reduced fat crescent rolls, 8 ct1/2 cup fat free feta cheese, crumbled 1/2 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup baby spinach, chopped1 egg white, beaten1/8 tsp red pepper flakesSalt & pepper, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, feta, mozzarella, red pepper flakes and salt & pepper. Toss thoroughly and set aside.
3. Unroll the crescent dough and divide into triangles. Evenly distribute the spinach mixture between the triangles, placing it on the widest part of the dough triangle. Roll tightly. Place on a prepared baking sheet and lightly brush each roll with the egg white.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving Size: makes 8 crescents
