Loaded Nacho Meatballs

Meatballs:1lb. lean ground beef2 egg whites1/4 cup flour1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp garlic powder3 Tbsp prepared salsa1 Tbsp pickled jalapenos, choppedTopping:1/4 cup prepared salsa1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded16 jalapeno slices2 Tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
Meatballs:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine all of the meatball ingredients in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into 16 balls.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
To Serve:
1. Arrange the meatballs on an ovenproof dish. Top with about 1 tsp salsa, and 1 tsp shredded cheddar each.
2. Place under the high broiler for about one minute or until the cheese is melted.
3. Remove from the oven, top each meatball with a dab of yogurt and a slice of jalapeno.
