Taco Balls

Ingredients
2 lb lean ground turkey1 can no salt added corn1 cup oats1 can low sodium black beans1/4 cup chopped yellow onion1/2 package reduced sodium taco seasoning1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese1 large egg white
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Lightly spray a baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into 1" balls and place on the prepared baking pan.

3. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until meatballs lightly browned.
