Healthy Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 canLemon Juice, 2 tbspCelery, 0.5 stalk DicedOlive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1.5 tbsBasil, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Dice the celery into small chunks. Optionally, add half a stalk of green onion and use fresh basil.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

Serve on a wrap with greens and/or bean sprouts. It may be nice to also add a bean medley, to give it a more Mediterranean feel.
