Ingredients
*Imperial Stick Margarine, .3 tbsp (remove) *frozen mixed seafood-shrimp, calamari, mussels, 4 oz (remove) *Frozen Broccoli, .75 cup (remove) *Spice, Basil (dried), 2 tsp (remove) *Cranberry Juice 100% juice, 2 oz (remove) *New York Style Focaccia Sticks, Four Cheese, 30 gram(s) (remove) *Imperial Margarine, Stick, .3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Note that most of the cranberry juice 'cooks off'.
On med/high heat melt margarine or butter and put in broccoli, cook a minute or two, add seafood mix, top with basil. Now put the bread, split for toasting, in the toaster. Turn mixture in the pan up to high, put in the cranberry juice. Toast finishes, lightly butter. The mixture in the pan should be done (liquid cooked off), now place open face style on the focaccia toast-(I used cheese basil). YUM.
