Polish Sausage and Vegetables

2 tbsp olive oil7 oz of Polish Pork Sausage, sliced2 large stalks of celery sliced1 large onion sliced1 cup grated carrots0.5 tsp ground tumeric0.5 tsp ground cumin seed1/2 can pineapple tidbits reserve juice1 tbsp Corn Starch
Heat olive oil in large skillet and add sausages slices Saute until browned. Add vegetables and saute until tender crisp. Mix in seasonings and pineapple tidbits. Mix cornstarch with reserved pineapple juice. Make a well in the sausage and vegetable , pour in the juice mixture. Cook and stir the liquid until thickened and bubbly, then mix into sausage and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
