Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

3 Cups Rye Flour2 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon1/2 Tsp. Allspice1 Tsp. Nutmeg1 Tsp. Salt1 Tsp. Baking Soda1 Cup Granulated Sugar2 Cups Canned Pumpkin4 Large Eggs1/4 Cup Stevia1/4 Cup Truvia Baking Blend1 and 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Applesauce1 and 1/2 Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix flour, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, beat sugar, pumpkin, eggs, stevia, Truvia, and applesauce.
4. Pour and mix in liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Grease two 8x4 in. bread pans. (I used olive oil pam for this step).
7. Pour batter into the 2 greased pans. Bake for 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and removed clean.
8. Let bread cool for 10 minutes in pans. Then shake pans a little to loosen the edges. Enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes 2 loaves of 16 slices each.
