Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil1 egg, slightly beaten2 tbsp. ground flaxmeal1 tbsp. wheat germ1 tbsp. rolled oats1 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. blackstrap molasses1 tsp. stevia1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Spray inside of mug with non-stick spray. Beat egg slightly and mix in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into sprayed mug and microwave for about 2 min (times will vary).
