Low Carb Taco Bake

Ingredients
Crust:3 Eggs4 oz Cream Cheese1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream1/2 tsp taco seasoning8 oz Cheddar CheeseTopping1 lb ground beef, browned and drained1/4 cup tomato sauce3.5 tsp Taco Seasoning4-8 oz shredded cheese
Directions
Crust: Mix eggs and cream cheese until smooth. Add cream and seasoning and mix. Grease 9x13 pan and sprinkle cheese over bottom. Pour cream mixture over cheddar. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before adding toppings.

Toppings: Brown ground beef and add tomato sauce and seasoning. Spread over crust and top with cheese. Put back in oven for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
