Soy & Honey Mustard Grilled Veggie Marinade

Ingredients
1/2 cup dijon mustard1/4 cup honey1 Tbsp olive oil1/4 cup soy sauce2 Tbsp minced garlic1 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp salt
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Fold the prepared vegetables into the marinade and set aside for 30 minutes. Give the vegetables a gentle stir every 10 minutes or so.

When you’re ready to cook, alternate the vegetables on the prepared wooden skewers. Set on the grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until the edges are crisp and the veggies are tender.
