Blackberry Cobbler Muffins

4 cups blackberries1/4 tsp table salt2 T cornstarch1/4 c sugar2/3 c almond flour/meal1 tsp stevia1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp cardamom1/2 c buttermilk
mix first 4 ingredients together. divide evenly into muffin tins. bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. While the fruit is cooking, mix rest of ingredients together into a sticky dough.
Remove fruit from oven, drop dough onto fruit. Bake until topping/biscuit is golden and fruit is bubbling, about 25 minutes. Allow cobbler to sit for 5 minutes for fruit to firm up before serving. Yields: approximately 16-18 muffin sized cobblers
