Parsley sauce

Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 3/4 cup Flour, white, blending, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 dash *Pepper, white, dash Parsley, chopped, 1/4 cup
Directions
Stir the flour into the milk in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the pepper, salt and parsley.
