Made a version of this and added broccoli, peppers and onions. Topped with a little parmesean cheese. I left out the lime juice. Delicious and filling. - 8/2/11

Quick, easy and tasty! I never would've thought to add cumin and lime juice to pasta, but this came out great! I tried adding a little tomato paste to the bean mixture, since I'm so used to spaghetti sauce. - 3/5/10
