Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup Cider Vinegar1/4 cup Sugar or sugar substitute1 can Yellow or White Corn-Drained1 can Black Beans-Washed and Drained1 small Red Pepper-Chopped1 small Red Onion-Chopped1/4 cup Black Olives-ChoppedFeta Cheese to taste
Directions
Bring to a boil: Olive Oil, Cider Vinegar, and Sugar. Let mixture cool. Combine other ingredients together in a bowl. Pour cooled wet mixture over ingredients and mix. Ready to serve, but best when left in refrigerator overnight.
