Mom's potato soup

Ingredients
3 potatoes peeled and cubed 2 eggs3/4 to 1 cup flour4 tablespoon butter1 can milkSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and cube potatoes...cover with water salt and cook till done,in a small bowl beat two eggs well add about 3/4 cup flour and mix well. As the water boils on the potatoes drop dumplings in water...let cook for about 10 minutes add 4 tablespoons of butter...and can of milk. Salt & pepper to taste
