Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
2 Sweet potatoes- 5" long2 tbsp Olive oil1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Pepper1/2 tsp Onion powder1/2 tsp Paprikadash Cayenne, red pepper12x15 baking stone or cookie sheetBAKE 375-400 for 25-30 minutes
Directions
Wash potatoes, then chop into pieces the length of the potato and approximately 1/2 inch thick and wide. Place into mixing bowl with the oil and spices. Gently mix with your hand or a utensil. Spread onto baking pan, minimizing crowding and keeping to 1 layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375-400 degrees. Poke with a fork for doneness. Play with the spices and create your own family favorites! Serves 2-4 (1/2 to 1 potato per person)

    put oil and potatpes in ziploc bag to coat, you will use less. Also you can par boil them to make the time of baking less. - 4/24/08

    I've made a similar recipe in the past that I absolutely love (it uses taco seasoning). However, I have a few sweet potatoes that I needed to use up and I also wanted to earn the 3 spark points for trying a recipe! ;)
